As from today you can eliminate your electricity bill !!!
By installing a solar powered system you can generate the amount of electricity you need throughout the year, and at the same time remain connected to the public network (HEDNO) for security.
[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]As of May 8th 2015, HEDNO accepts application requests for solar powered system installations that generate power for independent use. In this way, power consumers can produce the power that they need for their premises without using the public network power (HEDNO), and therefore almost eliminate their electricity bill for at least 25 years.
Wouldn’t you desire to be immune from the public power network (HEDNO) price increases and practically not pay for electricity for at least 25 years? Well, as of the 8th of May 2015 you can do it.
Our engineers have great experience in planning, installing and licensing solar powered systems and are capable of offering our customers complete guaranteed solutions.

Submission of connection request at your local network authorities (HEDNO)”][vc_column_text]
With the request, we submit all necessary documents for this step as well as a completed connection request form. It is important to note that the applicant must own an active low power network connection, have the ownership or the legal leasehold of the building in question and have decided on the type of equipment that is going to be utilized according to the installation plan.
After submission of the request, HEDNO will process the application and within a month will come up with the official requirements (connection offer) for the installation that will in turn need to be executed within a 3 month period from the date of issuing.
In a case where the installation is going to take place on an island which is not interconnected to the network, the connection offer will only be issued providing that the local network is able to withstand the load of the new system.
[/vc_column_text][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Step 2. Submission of the application for the connection contract at the local network authorities (HEDNO)”][vc_column_text]
With this application the customer will have to accept the connection offer and provide all required legal documents.
[/vc_column_text][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Step 3. Signing of the connection contract and payment of the required fees.”][vc_column_text]
The connection contract signing usually takes place within 15 days after submission of the application. It is necessary to provide proof that the application fees have been paid. Following that, within a month HEDNO will have to carry out all work needed to prepare for the connection. Should new network installations be needed there might be delays.

Submission of a request for an offset contract with the local electricity network provider that owns the metering equipment for the power consumption and production.”][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Step 5. Signing of offset contract”][vc_column_text]
The offset contract needs to be signed within 15 days of the submission of a request.
[/vc_column_text][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Step 6. Submission of a request for connection activation.”][vc_column_text]
This request should be accompanied by all required documents for this step, plus a completed connection application form. Full completion of the installation of the system and all necessary work required to be done by the local HEDNO is a prerequisite. Following that, HEDNO will call the customer to arrange an appointment for the inspection of the installation.
[/vc_column_text][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Step 7. Activation of the connection.”][vc_column_text]
The activation of the connection takes place immediately after a successful inspection.
[/vc_column_text][/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Further clarifications”][vc_column_text]
(1) The local HEDNO will file the connection request application only when all required valid documents have been provided. Alterations to the application are permitted when the type of panels or the inverters need to be changed, provided that the activation request hasn’t been submitted.
(2) The applicant is solely responsible to follow the planning and environmental protection legislation, as well as apply for any further planning permits needed. The applicant must provide inspectors with all necessary official documents upon request.
(3) In a case where discrepancies are discovered during an inspection, the activation of the connection will remain idle until the applicant proceeds with all corrections dictated by HEDNO.
